Overview of Workouts
Each of the specific workouts below have been developed, tested, and refined in conjunction with high level coaches and athletes prior to inclusion in the Fitness in Recovery collection. The duration of the workouts is on average 60 minutes (including warm up and instruction). Each workout is led by trained instructors that are connected to the recovery community, and each trainer has a profound commitment to service and to helping the addict who still suffers.

- AIR HIIT – a high intensity interval workout
- AIR Flow – a recovery yoga workout
- AIR Sport – a sports performance workout
- AIR Strong – a weight lifting workout
- AIR RACE – a unique combination of metabolic conditioning and counter pose movements.
(Note: The acronym AIR stands for Athletes In Recovery)
