Overview of Programming


Each of the specific workouts below has been developed, tested, and refined in conjunction with high level coaches and athletes prior to inclusion in the Fitness in Recovery collection. The duration of the workouts is on average 60 minutes (including warm up and instruction).  Each workout is led by trained instructors that are connected to the recovery community, and each trainer has a profound commitment to service.

List of workouts currently offered:

  • AIR WOD – a high intensity metabolically demanding workout of the day
  • AIR Body Mind – a high intensity workout followed by counter-pose
  • AIR MetCon – an endurance-based metabolically-demanding workout
  • AIR Sport – a sports performance workout
  • AIR RACE – a unique combination of metabolic conditioning and counter pose movements.

(Note: The acronym AIR stands for Athletes In Recovery)
